 A petition for a Conditional Use has been filed by Matthew Schobert at 1864 Great River Rd, Lansing. The petition request is in consideration for a Conditional Use for a Home Industry in order to have a firearms business in an A-1 district.

A petition for a Variance has been filed by Stephen & Marcella Palmer at 419 Big Foot Rd, Waukon. The petition request is in consideration of a Variance in order to have 2 parcels less than 3 acres. The property is zoned R-1  Residential.

A petition for a Variance has been filed by Robert Johnson & Samantha Sherwood at 1835 Lycurgus Rd, Waukon. The petition is in consideration of a Variance in order to have a structure with a 4' Front Yard Setback, where a 40' would be required. The property is zoned A-1 Agricultural.
