MINUTES OF THE ALLAMAKEE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2025

Board members present: Byrnes, Clark and Keatley. All members voting “AYE” unless noted.

 

Present: Denise Beyer – Auditor/Clerk to Supervisors

 

Byrnes called meeting to order as Board of Canvassers.

 

Auditor Beyer and Supervisors reviewed and canvassed the combined results from Allamakee, Clayton, Fayette and Winneshiek counties.

 

25.401-Motion to declare the following duly elected following the second-tier canvass: Postville: Dennis Koenig as City Mayor for 4 years; Mary Engstrom and Rebecca Engelhardt as City Council At-Large members for 4 years; Allamakee School District: Jesse Delaney as Director At-Large for 4 years; John Palmer as Director District 1 for 4 years; Postville School District: Mary Huinker and Michael Sass as Directors At-Large for 4 years. Motion carried.

 

25.402-Motion Clark/Second Keatley to adjourn as Board of Canvassers
