1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance
2. (9:00AM) Approve Today’s Agenda and Minutes of August 31, 2026
3. Public Comment until 9:10am
4. (9:10AM)Consider 2nd reading of Amendment 21 to Zoning Ordinance L and the
Zoning District of the Official Zoning Map of Allamakee County of three parcels on
Deere Road from I-1 Limited Industrial to A-1 Agricultural. One parcel owned by
Jacob Proctor and two owned by Jodi Proctor.
5. (9:10AM) Consider salary change for Victim Witness Coordinator
6. (9:15AM) Notification of electronically filed MMPs – Martins Site
7. (9:15AM) Consider Certificates of Adjustment
8. (9:15AM) Consider approval of hiring Cindy Berns and Rhonda Cahoon as temporary election staff
9. (9:15AM) Consider approval of voiding a warrant from FY26
10. (9:15AM) Consider signing Hacker Nelson audit arrangement letter for FY26 audit
